5K-IoT's Website Gets a Product-First Refresh
Alongside the organizational changes described in our last update, 5k-iot.com has been rebuilt to better reflect its new role: a company designing and building its own IoT products.
The clearest sign of that shift is the new Technology page, which now describes the platform itself: sensor design and fabrication, sensor selection and integration, integrator and gateway hardware, multi-protocol connectivity across LoRaWAN, BLE, Cat-M1, and NB-IoT, and the full-stack software layer that turns raw sensor data into a usable application.
The biggest structural addition is this one: Articles & News, a running feed of updates on hardware progress, platform milestones, and the occasional bit of company news; this article is one of its first entries. Expect it to be the best place to follow 5K-IoT's progress going forward.
Together, these changes are meant to make the site say plainly what 5K-IoT is for. For the engineering and consulting side of the business, The Shadow on the Moon (TSoM) remains the place to look. More content is on the way, including a first look at the product initiative now underway (covered next).
